Film Screening: Head On (dir. Fatih Akın, 2004)
All Bilkent students are invited to a screening of Fatih Akın’s Gegen die Wand/Duvara Karşı/Head On (2004) on 18th October @ 18:30 in Bilkent Library Orientation Room. A short introduction will be given by our very own Asst. Prof. Peter Cherry.

A film screening of Sally Potter’s 1992 cinematic adaptation of Virginia Woolf’s Orlando, starring Tilda Swinton. This film screening has been organised for students on the Criticism course but is open to all students and staff in Bilkent. The film will be shown in English with subtitles. There will be a short introduction to the film provided by Asst. Prof. Peter Cherry. Please note the film will be shown in Bilkent University Library’s Orientation Room.

A film screening of Ömer Kavur’s 1987 cinematic adaptation of Yusuf Atılgan’s novel Anayurt Oteli. This film screening has been organised for students on the Criticism course but is open to all staff and students. There will be a short introduction by Asst. Prof Peter Cherry.
